Revolution Growth Announces Promotions Following a Banner Year

Washington, D.C. – January 31, 2022 – Today, Revolution Growth, a leading growth-stage venture capital fund, announced the promotions of Patrick Conroy and Kristin Gunther to Partner; and Nancy Hilliker, Osman Nur, and Curtis Oberg to Vice President.

Patrick Conroy joined the firm in 2014. He has led the firm’s most recent growth stage investments in companies spanning healthcare, proptech, and travel. He serves on the board of Curbio and Orchard and was formerly on the board of Talkspace. He is a board observer with CAVA and Convene and former board observer of CLEAR and BigCommerce. Patrick also supports the firm’s investment in Sportradar.  He previously served as an Analyst at Morgan Stanley on the Technology Investment Banking and Global Capital Markets teams.

Kristin Gunther has over two decades of experience in private equity, finance, and operations. She joined the firm in 2015 and has led sourcing and due diligence for deals in the consumer space with a focus on health and wellness companies. She serves on the boards of Scopely and Revolution Foods. Prior to Revolution, she served as a Vice President at Perseus, L.L.C. and worked closely with portfolio companies and management teams on growth strategies, operating and finance, and exit planning.

Nancy Hilliker joined Revolution Growth in 2020. She previously worked in equity research covering consumer and retail companies at Citigroup and Wells Fargo. While there, Nancy supported transactions such as Tapestry’s acquisition of Kate Spade and Stuart Weitzman, Michael Kors’ acquisition of Jimmy Choo, and a series of acquisitions by Hanesbrand and VF Corp.

Osman Nur joined the investment team at Revolution Growth in 2019 from Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he served as an Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group. In 2021, Osman was recognized as an Emerging Venture Leader by HBCUvc. He is actively involved in BLCK VC, African Entrepreneur Collective, and Sponsors for Educational Opportunity.

Curtis Oberg joined Revolution Growth in 2019. Previously, he was an Analyst at Goldman Sachs in the Real Estate, Gaming, Lodging and Leisure group and an Associate in their Sponsors M&A group. As an Analyst, Curtis advised Real estate investment trusts (REITs) and C-Corps with real estate-intensive business models on transactions such as IPOs, follow-on investments, convertible debt, and private equity financings.
