Current CEO Philippe Bourguignon will become Executive Co-Chairman of the board alongside the company’s majority owner, Steve Case.

With more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality and real estate industries, Cathy Ross joined Exclusive Resorts in 2003, as Senior Vice President of Real Estate and was directly responsible for the development and oversight of the Club’s portfolio. She was appointed to the position of COO in 2014.
