Kerry is Associate General Counsel at Revolution and General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Revolution Growth and Revolution Ventures. She joined the firm in 2019.
Prior to joining Revolution, Kerry practiced corporate law in the Washington, D.C. office of Cooley LLP, where she represented public and private clients on corporate matters, including venture capital, M&A, debt and equity offerings, securities law compliance, and corporate governance.
Kerry received her B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and holds a J.D. from Boston College Law School. She was born and raised in the D.C. area.
