EXPERIENCE
Amira Ouji is the Senior Director of Portfolio Success at Revolution’s Rise of the Rest Seed Fund and is responsible for assisting portfolio companies with scalable support solutions, educational opportunities, and strategic input. She joined the firm in 2020.
Before joining Revolution, Amira led startup services for MetaProp, a New York-based venture capital firm focused on real estate technology. During her time at MetaProp, Amira developed the firm’s first-ever support platform as the dedicated resource for all 100+ portfolio company CEOs and led the firm’s seventh Flagship Accelerator program.
Prior to MetaProp, Amira was a Venture Capital Associate Fellow at Newark Venture Partners, and a founding team member leading the marketing efforts for HBCUvc, a non-profit that trains and prepares minorities for a career in venture capital and tech. Earlier in her career, Amira held positions at Accenture, Westwood One, and Initiative Media.
Amira graduated from Howard University with a B.A. in marketing.
