- Steve Case, Chairman and CEO. Steve launched Revolution Health in 2005 to put consumers at the center of the health care system, providing better choices and more convenience and control over their health. Prior to founding Revolution Health, Steve was the Chairman and CEO of America Online, Inc., and later, the Chairman of AOL Time Warner. Steve currently is Chairman of Revolution Health's parent company - Revolution LLC. He also is Chairman of two non-profit organizations, the Case Foundation, a private family foundation he established in 1997 with his wife, Jean, and Accelerate Brain Cancer Cure (ABC2), an entrepreneurial approach to funding brain cancer research that he founded in 2001 with his late brother, Dan.
- Jay Silverstein, President, Employer/Employee Group. Previously Jay was at Health Net Inc., where he was Chief Branding Officer. Prior to Health Net Inc., he was Chief Marketing Officer and member of the Executive Council at UnitedHealthcare. Over his 20-year tenure, Jay has been instrumental in major sector shifts, including the development of the Point-of-Service category, the integration of complementary medicine into mainstream insurance, and the launch of physician report cards. Before joining UnitedHealthcare, Jay was the EVP, Chief Imagineer at Oxford Health Plans.
- Ron Peele, Chief Financial Officer. For more than a year before the launch of Revolution Health Group, Ron worked with Steve Case in laying the groundwork for its formation. Prior to that, Ron was Vice President of Time Warner Ventures, and helped launch AOL's venture capital group. Previously, he was CFO of AOL's Greenhouse unit, and the CFO of EZ Communications, a publicly traded radio broadcaster.
- Jim Bramson, General Counsel. Previously, Jim was Chief Counsel of Intellectual Property, Products and Technology for AOL. In nearly 10 years at AOL, Jim served as legal counsel to AOL's CIO and CTO and the heads of its product marketing and new products divisions, and negotiated more than 200 transactions, including the $750 million settlement of the Netscape v. Microsoft antitrust action.
- Martin Fisher, Chief Technology Officer. Marty was Chief Operating Officer of SimoHealth. Previously he was President of AOL's Technology Development, where he oversaw the development of software and systems across AOL. In this role, Marty managed a team of more than 2,500 employees who developed products and software for AOL members and Internet users worldwide.
- Dr. Jeffrey Gruen, Chief Medical Officer. Dr. Gruen was a senior executive of United Health Group where he led the strategy team for the Optum care management division. Gruen also served as the Senior Medical Director for United Healthcare's largest region. Previously, Gruen was Chief Medical Officer and Vice President of Care Management Strategy for PersonalPath Systems, Inc. He also held the positions of Chief Medical Officer at Prudential Financial Company of America TriState, Medical Director of FHP, Inc.; and Vice President at MedFirst.
- Noel Obourn, Chief Sales Officer. Prior to joining Revolution Health, Noel was the President of Cigna's $1.6 billion National Accounts sector. During her tenure she re-architected Cigna's jumbo accounts sector and engineered a return to profitable growth for the company. Previously, Noel served in several leadership posts with United Health Group, including National VP, Sales and Operations, VP of Sales for the Ohio markets, and SVP of Specialized Market Solutions.
- Michael Singer, Senior Vice President of Corporate Development. Michael was most recently at Microsoft Corporation, where he worked directly for the Chief Technical Officer, Business Platforms on health and small business strategies. Previously, he was the Chief Financial Officer and EVP of Corporate Development for Data Critical Corporation. Michael also served as an investment banker at Wolfensohn & Co., Alex. Brown and Montgomery Securities, where he managed M&A and corporate finance transactions, primarily in the healthcare IT and device markets.
- Anna Slomovic, Chief Privacy Officer. Anna was Chief Privacy Officer and Senior Privacy Strategist at SRA International, a provider of technology and consulting services to clients in the national security, healthcare, and public health arenas. At SRA, she provided oversight of SRA's data protection practices and worked on privacy issues with SRA clients. Previously, Anna managed privacy issues at ValueOptions, a behavioral healthcare management company owned by FHC Health Systems.
